Our Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures that applicants and partners fully understand the terms associated with payments made for application processing and related services. Refund Policy

1. Application Fee

All application fees made to colleges or universities through MakeStudy™ are strictly non-refundable. Once an application is submitted or the fee is transferred to the institution, no reimbursement is possible—regardless of outcome, withdrawal, or refusal.

2. Service Fee

Service fees charged by MakeStudy™ cover administrative work, documentation review, advisory sessions, institutional communication, and processing tasks. These fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, whether or not:

• the student proceeds with the application,
• the application is withdrawn, or
• a visa or admission is refused.

We strongly encourage applicants to review all service details prior to payment. Proceeding with payment acknowledges full acceptance of these non-refundable terms.

Cancellation Policy

Applicants may choose to discontinue our services at any stage. Refund eligibility is defined as follows:

1. Cancellation After Application Fee is Paid

If a client cancels after the application fee has been remitted to the college/university, no refund is possible. The institution’s policies apply, and MakeStudy™ cannot recover or reverse such payments.

2. Cancellation Before Application Fee is Paid

If cancellation is requested before the application fee is transferred to the institution, the client is eligible for a refund of the amount paid to MakeStudy™, minus:

• bank charges,
• payment gateway fees,
• taxes or government deductions.

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 30 working days from the date of cancellation request.
