1.1 Agents & Partners

When you register as an agent or partner with us, we may collect the following information:

  • Name of the contact person and name of the agency
  • Licence or registration number of the agency
  • Office address, country, city, and zip / pin code
  • Official email address and contact number(s)
  • Copies / scans of your licence or registration certificates

This information is used to verify that you are a legally authorised and government-approved education consultant, in line with our internal compliance policy. We may use your email address to share important updates, program information, and promotional content related to our services. We do not work with unauthorised or non-government-approved education consultants.

1.2 Students

When a student registers or applies through us or our partners, we may collect the following details:

  • Full name, date of birth, gender, and marital status
  • Email address, contact number, and residential address
  • Passport number and basic travel history (if applicable)
  • Educational background and current education details
  • Study abroad preferences, previous visa refusal history (if any)

We use this information to provide suitable and relevant course options, prepare admission applications, and submit profiles to colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. Student details are shared only with relevant institutions and stakeholders directly involved in the admission and visa process. We do not sell student data to any third party.

We may also collect scanned copies of educational credentials, passport, and other supporting documents that institutions or embassies require as part of the admission or visa process.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as race, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or similar categories of sensitive information.

2. Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by third-party hosting providers. We retain personal information for a period of up to five (5) years from the date of last activity, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for legitimate business or compliance reasons. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymised from our active systems.
