MSc Strategic Human Resource Management

The MSc Strategic Human Resource Management program is designed to develop advanced knowledge and skills in managing human capital to achieve organisational goals. The course focuses on strategic HR practices, talent management, organisational development, employee engagement, leadership, and performance management. The curriculum covers key topics such as strategic HR planning, employment law, organisational behaviour, change management, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, and HR analytics. Students engage in practical projects, case studies, and research assignments to apply HR theories in real-world business contexts. The program also emphasises leadership, ethical decision-making, and the use of technology in human resource management.

Graduates are prepared for senior and strategic roles in HR departments, consultancy, organisational development, talent management, and leadership positions in multinational corporations.
