The MSc Strategic Human Resource Management program is designed to develop advanced knowledge and skills in managing human capital to achieve organisational goals. The course focuses on strategic HR practices, talent management, organisational development, employee engagement, leadership, and performance management. Students learn how to align HR strategies with business objectives to enhance organisational effectiveness in a global business environment.
The curriculum covers key topics such as strategic HR planning, employment law, organisational behaviour, change management, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, and HR analytics.
