The MSc Project Management program provides students with the knowledge and skills required to plan, execute, and manage projects successfully across various industries. The course covers essential project management principles including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, quality control, leadership, stakeholder management, and project evaluation.
Students learn international project management standards, including frameworks such as PMBOK and Agile methodologies. The program also focuses on strategic decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and team leadership—skills that are crucial for managing complex projects in today’s global business environment.
Through case studies, practical assignments, and industry-driven projects, learners gain hands-on experience in managing real-world projects. Graduates are prepared for roles such as Project Manager, Program Coordinator, Risk Analyst, Project Consultant, Operations Manager, or PMO Specialist in industries like construction, IT, engineering, healthcare, finance, and consulting.
CAS Deposit: GBP 4000. For Arden UK, the remaining fees after the first CAS Deposit will be paid in three (3) installments - 11th, 18th and 24th week of study.
