At Trent University, the Exploration Year in the Sciences gives you the chance to try out different science programs before deciding on the one that fits you best. In your first year, you can take courses from up to 10 different science programs to explore your interests and strengths. Whether you’re interested in Biology, Psychology, Water Sciences, or Conservation Biology, this program lets you test out different fields and discover what excites you.

By the end of your first year, you’ll be ready to choose a major and start focusing on the area of science that interests you most. You can still finish your degree in four years.
