Immigration Case Management (icm)

The Immigration Case Management (ICM) graduate certificate program at Seneca Polytechnic is designed for individuals seeking careers in the Canadian immigration industry in administrative and case management roles. The program provides specialized knowledge of immigration, refugee and citizenship law while developing practical skills in legal administration, client file management, case tracking, research and professional communication.

Students learn how to support immigration lawyers and licensed immigration consultants through the effective management of immigration applications, legal documentation and client records. The curriculum combines legal principles, industry-specific software training and ethical practices related to privacy and confidentiality.
