Online Study Visa Application Checklist
ONLINE STUDY VISA APPLICATION CHECK LIST
CANADA ( 2022-23 )
All the copies must be a scanned from original full page/No Cuttings
- Canada Study VISA form – Any Refusal from USA or other Country must declare.
- Passport Size- good looking photo and well groomed.
- Family information form- Parents /Brother Sister Occupation.
- Schedule form – Country Name, Place of Visit & Past Travel Dates
- Offer Letter Issued by the College + Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
- The copy of Bank TT/Wire ( used to pay the tuition fee to the college).to be attached.
- Tuition fee receipt issued by the college.
- GIC Certificate & Statement
- Medical Certificate issued by Canadian Panel Doctors (only).
- SDS- Application IELTS 6.0 each- Additional Financial Documents ( Case to Case )
- Non SDS –Parents income, finances to be submitted, Min 2 Yrs only if income proof.
- Study GAPs if any and employment information.
- SOP must with NON SDS Applications and for SDS (Case to Case).
- Class X, XI, XII certificates – School migration, School leaving or character certificate must. Any awards and co-curricular achievements during school/college years must.
- For Graduate students, X, XII, All semester mark-sheets, provisional degree/degree must, backlog certificate issued by the college/university.
- AGENT representative form must to apply online/Authorization to check student GCKEY
- Student Email Id, Student Tel No, Student father Tel no (Must ).
- Bio-Metrics certificate /information if student has already applied for Canadian Visa
- The Current visa processing time ( as on December 2022) is 2-3 Months.
Note: Pl does not hide previous/past visa refusals from any country – doing so may result in student being banned to enter Canada for next 2- 5 years.
Always ask for the copy of visa form from us/MakeStudy, we donot submit any on-line visa application form without student consent and signatures. So, verify the information on the forms. And keep a copy of it for the future reference.
