  • Validity of Information and Documents: You affirm that all information and copies of documents provided are valid, authentic, and up to date.
  • Application Fee (if any): The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Tuition / CAS Deposit: Any tuition or CAS deposit paid to secure your place is generally refundable only in the event of a visa refusal, subject to the college’s refund policy. If you do not proceed with your visa application and request a refund, the college reserves the right to deny the refund.
  • Accuracy of CAS Details: You must ensure all information used for your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) is accurate. Incorrect information can impact your visa decision and may delay or prevent enrolment.
  • Email Communications: You are responsible for checking your email regularly for deadline notifications and important updates from the college and MakeStudy. Failure to do so may result in automatic withdrawal from the intake and loss of deposits paid, as per the college policy.
  • Visa Submission Recommendation: We strongly recommend submitting your UK Student Visa application as early as possible (ideally at least three (3) months before the course start date), in line with college and UKVI guidance.
  • UKVI / Visa Account Monitoring: You should monitor your UKVI visa account and email regularly and promptly inform the college and MakeStudy of any updates to ensure timely actions (for example, enrolment, deferral, or refund processing).
  • Post-Registration Matters: Once you are registered at the institution, any withdrawal, tuition refund, or related issue becomes a direct matter between you and the institution; the agent cannot intervene beyond reasonable support.
  • Tuition Refund Period: You acknowledge that many institutions enforce a limited time window for tuition fee refunds. Requests outside the permitted period may be refused as per the institution’s policy.
  • Post-Study Work Options: Any eligibility for post-study work (for example, the UK Graduate Route) is strictly subject to current UK immigration regulations. You are responsible for checking the latest rules on the official UK government website.
  • Change of Agent or Institution: You agree not to change your education agent or institution after your visa has been granted or once significant tuition fees have been paid, unless agreed in writing by all parties concerned.
  • Immigration Regulation Changes: You acknowledge that immigration policies and procedures may change beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect impact such changes may have on your admission or visa outcome.
