Program Description:

M.A. inIndustrial and Organizational Psychology (Thesis) Under the guidance of a faculty Committee, students develop their professional expertise and research skills through the completion of a master’s thesis, which may be required for doctoral work in organizational psychology. COURSES INCLUDE: Leadership Development Group Theory and Team Dynamics Ethics and Socially Responsible Practice MAOP Thesis Research Methods in Organizational Psychology Master of Industrial and Organizational Psychology  (Non-Thesis) This program provides students with the comprehensive knowledge and skills to work as organizational specialists developing tomorrow’s leaders.
