Trinity Western University’s Master of Educational Studies in Inclusive Education (MAES-IE) is designed for educators who are passionate about creating inclusive, supportive learning environments. Program Requirements
  • Academic Requirement: The applicant must have a 3- or 4-year bachelor's degree with 60% or higher overall marks.
  • ELP Requirement: IELTS: Total score 7.0 or higher (Writing/Reading: at least 6.5, Listening/Speaking: at least 6.0) TOEFL: Total score 100 or higher (Writing/Reading: at least 23, Listening/Speaking: at least 20) Duolingo: Total score 130 or higher (Literacy/Comprehension: at least 120, Conversation/Production: at least 105) PTE: Total score 65 or higher (Writing/Reading: at least 56, Speaking/Listening: at least 50)
Refund Policy

If a student changes their plans and decides to withdraw their admission, the refund will be given based on the following conditions.

Refund of Admission-Tuition Deposit

  • Refunds are available only if your student visa or study permit is denied.

  • Email registrar@twu.ca to request a refund.

  • Attach a copy of your visa/study permit rejection letter from the Canadian Embassy or Consulate.

  • Include your current mailing address in the email.

  • Students from Special Requirement Jurisdictions must complete Schedule “A” (attached with your offer).


Deferral of Admission-Tuition Deposit

  • You can defer your deposit to a future semester.

  • Maximum deferral time is 1 year.

  • You must notify TWU before the semester starts (the one you were originally admitted to).


Non-Refundable Deposits & Fees

  • Undergraduate Admission Deposit is non-refundable.

  • Housing Deposit Pre-Payment is non-refundable.

  • International Student Admission-Tuition Deposit ($9,990):

    • If you withdraw from TWU, any unused portion is forfeited.


Full Withdrawal from TWU

  • Choose one of the following reasons when submitting your withdrawal:

    • ❌ Study Permit/Visa Denied

    • ❌ Full Withdrawal (not visa-related)

  • Your account will be reviewed automatically.

  • Any eligible credit will be refunded.


Withdraw from a Course

  • You may be eligible for a tuition refund if you drop a course.

  • The amount refunded depends on the withdrawal date.
