Program Requirements
  • Academic Requirement: To be admitted in DEC: (General Pathway) Completion of Class XII under a recognised board such as CBSE, CISCE (ISC), or any State Board Senior Secondary School Certificate (HSC). To be admitted in DEC: (Vocational Pathway) Completion of a recognised Secondary School Vocational Diploma (for example, a 10 + 2 vocational stream under a State Board, or an ITI certificate post–Class X). To be eligible for technical DEC programs, you must have studied the core subjects (e.g., language, mathematics) as specified by the Québec regulations, or hold a vocational credential deemed equivalent by the college.
  • ELP Requirement: IELTS 6.0 overall and each, PTE: Overall 51 (L: 48, R: 53, S: 46, W: 62)
  • Special Requirement: Once the LOA is received, apply CAQ for Quebec. Only accepts properly scanned PDF copies. One PDF per document.
