  • Academic Requirement: High-School Diploma → Class XII (10+2): Passing the Senior Secondary (Class XII) examination from a recognized Indian board (CBSE, CISCE, or State Board) with official marksheets satisfies the “high-school diploma” criterion. Post-Secondary Studies: Completion of at least one year (two semesters) of any recognized post-secondary program in India—such as the first year of a Bachelor’s degree or a government-approved Diploma—meets the “Post-Secondary Studies” condition.
  • ELP Requirement: IELTS 6.0 overall and each, PTE: Overall 51 (L: 48, R: 53, S: 46, W: 62)
  • Special Requirement: Once the LOA is received, apply CAQ for Quebec. Only accepts properly scanned PDF copies. One PDF per document.
