Office Administration – Health Services (mes)

Office Administration – Health Services (MES) is a one-year Ontario College Diploma program designed for students seeking careers in healthcare administration and medical office operations. The program combines administrative training with healthcare-specific knowledge, including medical terminology, transcription, clinical procedures, office management, healthcare communication, scheduling, medical ethics, and specialized healthcare software. Students gain practical skills through hands-on learning and have the opportunity to participate in a field placement or complete a medical office simulation course. Graduates are prepared to work in hospitals, medical clinics, family health centres, long-term care facilities, laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and other healthcare organizations.
