Course Cancellation or Postponement

Should a course be cancelled or postponed, and the student cannot join the new cohort proposed for any reason, students will be refunded the entire service fee.
Tuition Deposit

A deposit of $1000 is required.

The tuition deposit is only refundable if a student is denied admission or refused a student visa, with proof of visa refusal.
CAQ or Study Permit Refusal

Should a student receive a refusal of CAQ or Study Permit, the tuition fee will be 100% refunded, with proof of refusal.
Withdrawal from a Course

If a student chooses to withdraw from a course:

Less than 1/3 completed: Student receives a 66% refund of the program cost.

More than 1/3 but less than 2/3 completed: Student receives a 33% refund of the program cost.

More than 2/3 completed: No refund will be provided.
