Refund Policy

Application Fee

  • The $210 application fee is non-refundable.


Course Cancellation or Postponement

  • Should a course be cancelled or postponed, and the student cannot join the new cohort proposed for any reason, students will be refunded the entire service fee.


Tuition Deposit

  • A deposit of $1000 is required.

  • The tuition deposit is only refundable if a student is denied admission or refused a student visa, with proof of visa refusal.


CAQ or Study Permit Refusal

  • Should a student receive a refusal of CAQ or Study Permit, the tuition fee will be 100% refunded, with proof of refusal.


Withdrawal from a Course

  • If a student chooses to withdraw from a course:

    • Less than 1/3 completed: Student receives a 66% refund of the program cost.

    • More than 1/3 but less than 2/3 completed: Student receives a 33% refund of the program cost.

    • More than 2/3 completed: No refund will be provided.
