If you request a refund within 14 days of your visa refusal:

You will get a full refund.

If you request a refund after 14 days of the visa refusal:

$2,500 CAD will be taken from your refund.

It’s the agent’s responsibility to inform the college about the visa refusal within 14 days.
✅ Withdrawal Refunds

If you withdraw within the first 10 working days of the term, you will get a partial refund.

If you withdraw after 10 working days, no refund will be given.

Fees paid for future terms will be fully refunded.

If your study permit is refused, you can get a full refund if you submit the refusal letter within the first 10 working days.
