The General Studies Diploma at Douglas College is designed for students who wish to explore a variety of academic disciplines while building a strong foundation for future studies or career opportunities. The program allows students to select courses from humanities, social sciences, sciences, business, and performing arts, helping them discover their interests and academic strengths. - Academic Requirement: Douglas College General Admission Requirements. Grade 12 or equivalent recommended.
- ELP Requirement: Douglas College standard English Language Proficiency Requirement. Typically IELTS 6.5 overall with no band below 6.0 (or equivalent).
- Special Requirement: Students must complete 60 credits, including at least one university-transfer English or Communications course.
