The Criminology Diploma at Douglas College provides students with a comprehensive understanding of crime, criminal behaviour, the Canadian justice system, policing, corrections, and criminal law. Through a combination of criminology, psychology, sociology, and legal studies courses, students develop critical thinking, analytical, and professional skills required for careers in criminal justice and related fields. The program also offers optional Co-operative Education opportunities and pathways to further studies in criminology, psychology, forensic science, and applied criminology degree programs.
