The Associate of Science Degree – Earth and Environmental Sciences Specialization is a two-year university transfer program focused on the Earth, environment, climate, natural resources, biodiversity, and geological processes. Students study topics such as plate tectonics, earthquakes, volcanoes, fossils, resource extraction, environmental impacts, and global climate change. The program includes 60 university-transferable credits and may allow students to enter the third year of a bachelor’s degree. Students may also complete an optional paid Co-op to gain practical work experience.
