The Associate of Arts Degree in Psychology – Pre-Bachelor's at Douglas College is designed for students who intend to pursue a bachelor's degree in Psychology. This program provides the first 60 credits required for the Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology at Douglas College and prepares students for transfer into the third year of a university degree program. Students develop strong analytical, research, communication, and critical-thinking skills while studying human behaviour, cognitive processes, brain function, psychological disorders, research methods, and data analysis. The program also offers optional Co-operative Education opportunities, allowing students to gain valuable paid work experience before graduation.
