The Associate of Arts Degree – Asian Studies at Douglas College is a two-year university transfer program that provides students with an in-depth understanding of Asian history, culture, politics, religion, and society. Students develop intermediate proficiency in either Chinese (Mandarin) or Japanese while gaining valuable intercultural communication skills. The program offers 60 transferable credits and an optional paid Co-op opportunity for practical work experience.
