Study VISA Documents Checklist
Country: (Canada) - Year 2022-2023
- IELTS (6.0), Not less than 5.5 band in any.(Non SDS) 6.0 Each for SDS Cases.
- Class XII ( Min- 50% ) ( Migration + Mark sheet)
- Class XI ( Marks Score Sheet /Card issued by the School)
- Class X ( Migration + Marks Sheet)
- School Migration Certificate must.
- Gap if any over 2 years between Class X – XII explanation required.
- School Leaving Certificate/ Character certificate must.(Either from College or School)
- Degree Mark-sheets ( All Semester/Years)
- Back Log/Supplementary papers information must.(if any) Must for PG/Master’s.
- Gap Year Explanation /Work Experience letter.
- Copy of Passport pages, including visa , travel and refusals information if any.
- Email ID & Tel Contact No. ( Self + Parents)
- Application Fee if any at the college.
- Any visa REFUFSAL from USA /CANADA or any country to be declared by the student and copy of refusal letter.
- For QUEBEC applications –LENGTH of CAQ MUST be same as duration of STUDY.
- Quebec Application – Student Copy of Birth Certificate + English Translated copy must.’
- In Case of minor student, Parent’s- AFFDIAVIT Declaration must.
- Student Affidavit Declaration + Self Video Declaration must ( 2022).
Application fee paid to the college/university are non-refundable.
Paying application fee does not confirm your admission at particular college. Notarized Documents Required.
COPY of Parents AADHAR CARD & INCOME proof must.
Note: Any visa fee, bio-metric fee, CAQ application fee paid is non refundable.
Important: IT IS IMPORTANT to inform the College/AGENT immediately upon decision on visa or 30 days before class start date.
