- Academic Requirements:
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Important notes:
• For non-EU/EFTA applicants, the gap after completing a Bachelor’s degree must not exceed five years.
Academic background requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or Social Sciences, or
• At least 15 ECTS credits in linguistics, literature, and/or cultural studies for admission to specialisations in Literature, Linguistics, Culture, or Media Linguistics
For the Linguistics specialisation, applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities.
Qualified applicants may be invited for a motivational interview.
- English Language Requirements:
English proficiency at C1 level (CEFR) is required.
Accepted tests include:
• IELTS – 7.0+
• TOEFL – 587+ (paper-based) or 94+ (iBT)
• Pearson PTE Academic – 76+
• LanguageCert IESOL – C1
• Duolingo English Test – 130+
Applicants may be exempt if:
• English is their native language
• Previous studies were completed in English

OMPT-C (Online Mathematics Placement Test)
Minimum passing grade: 55%

- Application Fee: The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Tuition / Initial Deposit: Any tuition fee or initial deposit is refundable only according to the school’s official refund policy. If you cancel your application for personal reasons, the school may deny the refund as per its rules.
- Residence Permit / Visa Requirements: You must meet Lithuania’s student visa / temporary residence permit requirements (as applicable). Incorrect or incomplete information may result in refusal.
- Email Monitoring: You must check your email regularly for important updates from the school and MakeStudy. Missing a deadline may lead to intake deferral or loss of deposits.
- Submission Timelines: You should submit your visa / TRP file as early as possible as processing times may vary.
- Document Requests: You must respond promptly to any additional document requests from the school or authorities.
- Post-Registration Matters: After registration, all academic, refund, withdrawal, and compliance matters are between you and the school. The agent cannot influence internal institutional decisions.
- Work Rules: Any right to work during studies depends on Lithuania regulations and the conditions of your permit. This is not guaranteed and can change.
- Immigration Policy Changes: Immigration rules may change without notice. Neither the school nor MakeStudy is responsible for decisions made by authorities.
- Legal Standing: You confirm that you do not have any legal issues or travel restrictions that could affect your eligibility to study or stay abroad.
