Course Description
The Management Bachelor’s programme at Vilnius University develops the knowledge and skills required to build, manage, and grow businesses in a competitive global environment. The programme combines theoretical foundations in management and business with practical learning experiences that prepare students for leadership roles in organisations.
Students gain knowledge in key business disciplines such as management, entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, organisational behaviour, and strategic decision-making. The programme emphasises problem-solving, analytical thinking, and leadership skills that are essential for managing modern organisations and start-ups.
Students enrolled in the programme also have an opportunity to pursue a double degree option with the University of Granada (Spain). Through this partnership, students may study abroad during the fifth and sixth semesters and graduate with degrees from both universities.
The programme also encourages entrepreneurial development, allowing students to explore their own business ideas through initiatives such as the VU TechHub pre-accelerator, where students can develop and test start-up projects.

• For non-EU/EFTA applicants, the gap after completing secondary education must not exceed five years.
