Program Requirements
  • Academic Requirements:

    Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in fields such as:



    • Humanities

    • Social Sciences

    • Political Science

    • International Relations

    • Sociology

    • Economics

    • Public Policy



    Applicants from Life Sciences or Natural Sciences may also apply if their studies focused on:



    • Societal aspects of technological transformation

    • Climate change

    • Public or global health



    Applicants must demonstrate strong motivation and relevant academic background.



    Admission evaluation is based on:



    • Academic performance (weighted average of transcript grades)

    • Motivation and academic potential

    • Work experience or professional qualifications

    • Interview with the Admissions Committee



    Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview.


  • English Language Requirements:

    English proficiency required.



    Accepted tests include:



    • IELTS Academic – 5.5+

    • TOEFL iBT – 46+

    • Cambridge English – 160+

    • Pearson PTE Academic – 59+

    • LanguageCert IESOL B2

    • Duolingo English Test – 95+

    • Password Skills Plus – 5.5+



    Applicants may be exempt if:



    • English is their first language

    • Previous academic degree was taught in English

    Mobility Structure

    The programme offers a multi-university study experience across Europe.

    Students typically study:

    • First semester – Entrance University (selected during application)
    • Second or third semester – Another partner university

    Physical mobility between partner universities is strongly encouraged but not mandatory.

    Students can indicate their preferred study locations, but the final mobility track is decided by the selection committee.

  • Application Fee: The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Tuition / Initial Deposit: Any tuition fee or initial deposit is refundable only according to the school’s official refund policy. If you cancel your application for personal reasons, the school may deny the refund as per its rules.
  • Residence Permit / Visa Requirements: You must meet Lithuania’s student visa / temporary residence permit requirements (as applicable). Incorrect or incomplete information may result in refusal.
  • Email Monitoring: You must check your email regularly for important updates from the school and MakeStudy. Missing a deadline may lead to intake deferral or loss of deposits.
  • Submission Timelines: You should submit your visa / TRP file as early as possible as processing times may vary.
  • Document Requests: You must respond promptly to any additional document requests from the school or authorities.
  • Post-Registration Matters: After registration, all academic, refund, withdrawal, and compliance matters are between you and the school. The agent cannot influence internal institutional decisions.
  • Work Rules: Any right to work during studies depends on Lithuania regulations and the conditions of your permit. This is not guaranteed and can change.
  • Immigration Policy Changes: Immigration rules may change without notice. Neither the school nor MakeStudy is responsible for decisions made by authorities.
