1) Visa Refusal
Students denied a visa by the Canadian or Quebec Government are eligible for a full refund except the $250 application fee.
A copy of the refusal letter must be submitted with the refund request.
The $1000 tuition deposit is refundable only in this case.
2) Withdrawal 30+ Days Before Start
Students who withdraw in writing 30 days or more before the program starts will receive a full tuition refund.
The $1000 deposit is non-refundable.
3) Withdrawal Less Than 30 Days Before Start
Withdrawals made less than 30 days before the program starts are eligible for a 50% refund of the first tuition payment.
Overpayments will be refunded.
The $1000 deposit is non-refundable.
4) Withdrawal After Program Start
Students withdrawing after the program starts are not eligible for a refund.
Future unpaid tuition will be cancelled, and any prepaid amounts refunded.
The $1000 deposit is non-refundable.
5) Change of Programs / Deferrals
Requests to change programs or defer must be made in writing at least 30 days before the program start date. A $200 processing fee applies.
Students may defer up to two times; further deferrals require a new application and fee.
Failure to confirm placement or request a deferral on time may result in withdrawal and loss of the $1000 tuition deposit.
