- Academic Requirement: The applicant must have completed Grade 12.
- ELP Requirement: IELTS: Overall score of 6.5 with no band less than 6.0 PTE: Minimum score of 60 TOEFL (iBT): Overall score of 88 or higher
- Special Requirement: A minimum of 65% is required in English, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology.

❌ Visa Refusal – Withdrawal Before or After Day 10 (Semester Not Completed)

If your visa is refused and you withdraw before or after Day 10, but you haven’t finished the semester:

A $500 CAD fee will be taken from your refund.

You must submit the original visa refusal letter and all required documents for the refund.

❌ Visa Refusal – Withdrawal After Completing the Semester

If you complete the semester and then your visa is refused:

No refund for that semester. The full tuition fee for that term is kept.

You still need to submit the original visa refusal letter and documents.

✅ Withdrawal or Refund Request Before Day 10 (Not Due to Visa Refusal)

If you withdraw before Day 10 for any reason other than a visa refusal:

A $1,860 CAD administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.

There are no exceptions to this fee.

❌ Withdrawal or Refund Request After Day 10 (Not Due to Visa Refusal)

If you withdraw after Day 10 for any reason other than a visa refusal:

You won’t get a refund, and the full semester fee will be kept.

✅ One-Time Deferral Policy (Due to Visa Delay)

If your visa is delayed, you can defer to the next intake without paying the extra $100 application fee.

This is only possible if there’s still space available in your program or a similar one.
