If your visa is refused and you withdraw before or after Day 10, but you haven’t finished the semester:
-
A $500 CAD fee will be taken from your refund.
-
You must submit the original visa refusal letter and all required documents for the refund.
-
❌ Visa Refusal – Withdrawal After Completing the Semester
-
If you complete the semester and then your visa is refused:
-
No refund for that semester. The full tuition fee for that term is kept.
-
You still need to submit the original visa refusal letter and documents.
-
✅ Withdrawal or Refund Request Before Day 10 (Not Due to Visa Refusal)
-
If you withdraw before Day 10 for any reason other than a visa refusal:

A $1,860 CAD administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.
-
There are no exceptions to this fee.
-
❌ Withdrawal or Refund Request After Day 10 (Not Due to Visa Refusal)

If you withdraw after Day 10 for any reason other than a visa refusal:
-
You won’t get a refund, and the full semester fee will be kept.
-
✅ One-Time Deferral Policy (Due to Visa Delay)
