Refund Policy

After you submit your application and are accepted, the school will give you an Education Services Contract. This contract includes all the important rules about payments, cancellations, and refunds.

Refund – Cancellation Before the Course Starts

If you cancel the course before it begins:

  • You will get most of your money back.

  • The school can only keep a small fee — up to 10% of the total course price or what the government allows (whichever is less).

Refund – Cancellation After the Course Has Started

If you cancel the course after it starts:

  • The school can charge you for:

    • The part of the course you already completed (calculated in months, lessons, or credits).

    • A small penalty — up to 10% of the course price, minus any admission or registration fee you already paid.

Refund – Wrongful Admission by the School

If the school admits you without following proper rules:

  • You can cancel the contract and request a full refund.

  • Once you cancel, the school must return any extra money you paid within 10 days.

  • You still have to pay for:

    • The portion of the course you completed.

    • A penalty fee — up to 10% of the course price, minus the admission fee.

  • The admission or registration fee is non-refundable, unless the school made a mistake in admitting you.

❌ No Refund – Course Mostly Completed

  • You will not get a refund if the amount of the course you've already completed (in time or lessons) matches or exceeds what you paid.
